The Delhi administration has set a goal of planting 20 lakh blooming saplings throughout the capital as part of the preparations for the 2023 G20 Summit, which is expected to take place in Delhi in September 2023.
According to a representative of the forest department, several jacaranda and pala trees will be Planted. The forest and wildlife department will plant 12 lakhs of them, while other organizations will plant the remaining ones. By the end of July, the entire exercise will be finished.
According to officials, as the nation’s capital prepares to welcome the G20 Summit, more than ten lakh exotic potted plants will also enhance its beauty.
